Payments for event bookings
A deposit of 30% is to be paid on all events to secure the booking. Payment can be made by BACS transfer or by credit or debit card. Full payment will be required 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations
If you cancel your contracted booking The Shepherds Hut Kitchen will retain all of the deposit fee.

We collect and store your name and contact details when you place an order through The Shepherd's Hut Kitchen. Your details are securely stored and are never shared with any third parties. On completion of the order this information is destroyed.
